The J+T 360 Coaching gives you weekly check-ins to keep you focused and on track, daily WhatsApp support and two coaches who are 100% in your corner, committed to your body transformation & setting you up for long-term success. 

The private WhatsApp supports allows you to keep in touch on the move, ask your questions in real time as they come up, and you will have a weekly check-in on the phone to share your wins, struggles and everything in between.

This allows for us to make your plan realistic and excuse-proof and for you to take the action that will get you closer towards your goals.
3.
RESULTS
We take clients on by application only and only work with up to 6 clients at any time. 

This allows us to give you the support, the time and the personalisation that is needed to keep your programme to the quality that we promise. 

After the first goal setting session where you set up to 3 meaningful and and measurable goals, we do everything in our power to help you to reach those goals and beyond. 

You will be sent various trackers to log your exercise progress, weights and measures (if applicable) and fortnightly photo reminders so that we can capture your results from all angles. 

Your goals are reviewed monthly to keep you focused and motivated

"I value my time and I value my physical and mental well-being, but, running my own business and having a growing and active family, I don't seem to have much time to fit everything in however much I know it's "the right thing to do".

Yes I've had personal trainers before and had personal training programmes too...only, they weren't exactly "personal" and it never really felt that they were really "there for me" and interested in my goals and helping me achieve them.

Roll on August 2018 and after a sting of injuries my fitness had ground to a halt, my weight and waistline were creeping up and my 50th was rapidly approaching - something HAD to be done and THIS time I wanted to do "it" properly. I started speaking with Jess and Tom about the holistic and personal approach they could offer me and work with my current injuries by exploiting their own vast knowledge and also researching any aspects they were not too sure of and for which I had no time to do so.

The adventure started, Tom's training programmes targeted at hitting my personal goals, working with my injuries and nutrition plans and advice from Jess to support my training and improving some well engrained habits, including too much drinking and snacking (and yes in that order!)

What did it take? Focus and dedication on my part to do the work, but actually not too much "thought" as Tom and Jess did all of that for me. The weekly 30min check-in meant we shared with each other how to make this relationship "work" best for all of us and also which aspects of the plan were working and not for me. The result was a truly personalised and effective plan which I have stuck to every single week.

The results? Well you can take a look for yourself, my latest pictures were taken in January 2019 the day before my 50th birthday. I am delighted with where I am now and am continuing on my journey, fitter and in better shape than I have been for over 25 years and building up to the London Marathon in April.

What are the workouts like? 
The workout will vary depending on where you will be training, at home, in the gym or from your hotel room.

You will always have a warm up and dynamic stretch to kickstart your workout, you will then have a series of exercises to do using weights or bodyweight, and this workout will be progressed every week.

You will keep in close contact with Tom via your exercise tracker which allows you to feedback with what weights you achieved 

You will then finish up with an important cool down which a lot of people skip but it's a really important part to ensure you don't get injured and you don't feel stiff for days afterwards. 

The workouts will leave you feeling well exercised but they're not designed to totally deplete you - Tom will encourage you to do some breath work during and after your sessions to prime your nervous system so that you finish in the relaxed/fat burning zone - all explained in the sessions.
I just can’t get motivated to exercise - how will this help me?
Having a programme that is tailored to YOU will allow you to not have to make a single decision, other than following your workout step-by-step. The WhatsApp group will give you the accountability that people often need to get their bodies back into the swing of exercising regularly.
